You have a great power to stop or create new or better habits….

If you truly understand this – you never need go into rage, or profanity or any sort of negative emotions…

The is being aware of your self and your habits, you know in the past that you have set yourself up for frustrations and outrage – when you get to a spot where you just can’t take it any more… so why don’t you master yourself and take a break and stop and do something else so you don’t go there?   You fully have the the power to do that – so why don’t you?   The answer in part is you have not programed yourself to do that… well it’s time to start…

2 – You become aware of this old habit and stop it by interrupting it –

( this is a key part after the must listed above! ) you say for do something physically that stops this habit and it has to be big enough to stop it and interrupt it – this also is a must – find something that works for you…

3 – Than associate some habit you want or need with something very positive and joyful – that you can really get excited about emotionally or physically – so you change that negative habit into something positive that really works for you – and lastly

4 – You repeat this again and again until it’s a solid habit and pattern of action, emotion and habit for you…
